Seeking a Marketing Manager to join an exciting start-up organisation that manages a global leadership community that drives positive impacts for people and the planet through systemic change. It is an exciting purpose-led organisation and this role will support in the development of the marketing strategy, playing a pivotal role in shaping and driving the brand and raising he profile of the organisation.
- Designing and delivering the events marketing strategy that supports the acquisition, retention, and engagement activities to contribute to our community growth
- Shape and lead marketing planning and delivery for headline events and ongoing community lead events through the year (e.g. systems, channels, partnerships, best practice)
- Brand management
- Delivering multi-channel campaigns
- Account-based marketing
- Social media management
- Website management/analytics
- Internal and external communications; developing and managing automated communications for all elements of the marketing strategy; Develop and optimise monthly newsletters
- Digital content management and project management.
- Measure and report on monthly performance and apply course correct where required.
Experience and skills
- This would suit a talented marketing manager with significant marketing experience ideally in membership and community lead organisations
- Experience in design and delivery or marketing strategy and campaigns that include event management and community engagement activities
- Effective communication across all marketing platforms
- Familiar with using brand visual identity toolkit and guidelines
- Budgeting and forecasting experience
- Experience in data management, segmentation/personalisation
- Excellent communication skills both in written and spoken English
- Degree qualified
