The Advocate Group is exclusively partnering with Premium Tea Brand on the hunt for a Marketing Manager to join their growing UK team. You will be essential in delivering their marketing plans, with the aim to become the tea brand of choice for premium hospitality and loved by foodie consumers!

The Role:

• Design and implement digital strategy.
• Plan and execute trade marketing initiatives, working cross functionally with Sales and PR.
• Create sales toolkits and sell in decks.
• Use shopper and customer insights to inform your strategy.
• Work closely with external agencies for PR, Brand & Digital, ensuring they produce best in class work.

The Person:

• Experience in a Brand or Trade Marketing role in FMCG.
• Passion for high quality, sustainable drink products!
• Knowledge of the premium sector, understanding how to adapt communication to target audiences.
• Creative but analytical.
• Strong communication skills, able to liaise with Internal and External stakeholders.
