Marketing Manager - Mason and Dale Recruitment Specialists : Job Details

We are excited to be partnered with a great company who is looking for a Marketing Manager.

Focusing on the US Markets.

3 days in the office / 2 days in the office

The purpose of this new role is to help produce and deliver the marketing strategy . You will be a self-motivated individual who loves working alongside a great team, across the marketing mix.

2 direct reports - based in the US

£40-45K + 8 K Bonus

Responsibilities

• Execute the marketing campaign(s) and report on effectiveness
• Management of the creative/design process for marketing material.
• Work with the sales team to create sales campaigns, focused on both new client growth and in-creased client retention.
• Collaborate with partners to develop marketing campaigns, lead generation strategies and compelling materials for all revenue streams across live and digital products.
• Regularly review marketing plan.
• Oversee and execute community-building and social media strategies
• Budget management
• Develop the digital marketing strategy
• PR management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Management experience
• Ability to multi-task
• Project management
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
