Marketing Executive - Products and Services Birmingham£27,000–£32,000 per year (depending on experience)Full-time, permanent – 35 hours/weekAre you a creative marketer who loves juggling projects, crafting compelling campaigns, and making real impact? Want to bring your ideas to life in a role that blends strategy, content, and purpose?We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Marketing Executive to take the lead on promoting publications, training events, consultancy services, and a growing membership community.What you’ll do as a Marketing Executive:
- Plan and run integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
- Create scroll-stopping content for email, web, and social media
- Own event promotion and logistics (including a national conference!)
- Use data to drive smarter campaigns and stronger engagement
- Grow a vibrant, loyal membership community
- Collaborate with a passionate, expert team who care deeply about education
What you’ll need to be considered as Marketing Executive:
- Strong copywriting and campaign delivery skills
- Confident across digital tools (Mailchimp, Hootsuite, WordPress, Canva etc.)
- Solid event planning and stakeholder management experience
- An eye for detail and a flair for content creation
- Bonus if you’ve worked in education, non-profit, or publishing!
