We're looking for a Marketing Executive who's ready to dive into the world of events, roll up their sleeves, and help us create campaigns that connect, inspire, and deliver. You'll be joining a lively team that's passionate about bringing people together through unforgettable experiences - and we want someone who's just as excited to grow, learn, and make an impact.

What you'll be doing:

�? Campaigns & Creativity

• Help plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns that get noticed.
• Support digital efforts like Google Ads, remarketing, and website updates.
• Keep campaigns running smoothly, on time, and on budget.

?? Content & Copy

• Write fresh, engaging content for emails, social posts, brochures, and more.
• Collaborate on visuals and designs that pop - we love Canva!
• Create content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.

?? Social Media Magic

• Own the social media calendar and create content that gets people talking.
• Build and engage online communities to boost brand love and event sign-ups.
• Track performance and help us grow our reach.

�? Digital & Web

• Keep our websites updated, accurate, and SEO-friendly.
• Work with web teams to make sure everything looks and works great.

?? People & Partnerships

• Be a friendly point of contact for partners, sponsors, exhibitors, and speakers.
• Help deliver marketing materials and support event logistics.

?? Insights & Ideas

• Research trends, competitors, and opportunities.
• Help manage data and support lead generation.

?? Email Campaigns

• Create and send email campaigns with great copy and visuals.
• Review performance and suggest improvements.

�? Event Support

• Work with Sales, Ops, and Marketing to prep for events.
• Manage registrations and exhibitor communications.

?? Reporting & Support

• Share campaign results and insights.
• Help with customer queries and general team support.

What we're looking for:

• Experience using social media platforms professionally
• Comfortable with Canva for creating visuals
• Familiarity with ChatGPT or other AI tools for content creation
• Great communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
• Organised, detail-oriented, and happy working in a team

Bonus points if you also have:

• Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools
• Used a CMS to update websites
• A creative mindset and a love for events
