Marketing Executive
- Annual Salary: £26,000 - £35,000 (dependent on experience)
- Location: Ipswich, with necessary travel to other offices in Suffolk and Essex
- Job Type: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
We are inviting a driven and competent Marketing Executive to join our clients vibrant Business Development, Marketing, and Communications (BD, Marketing & Comms) team. This role is crucial for executing marketing strategies and aiding in business development initiatives across various sectors. The ideal candidate will excel in a team-oriented environment, effectively managing robust marketing campaigns and aligning marketing activities with overarching business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Execution: Aid in the development, execution, and management of targeted marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Content Development: Collaborate with digital and design teams to produce tailored content and marketing materials for different sectors.
- Event Management: Organize and support events, manage logistics, produce promotional materials, and assess event success.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, suggesting improvements to enhance effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Interaction: Communicate with partners and stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts are integrated with the broader business strategy.
- Administrative Duties: Handle day-to-day marketing and business development administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations.
- Project Ownership: Fully manage marketing and business development initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring consistency with high standards of quality and branding.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Marketing Proficiency: Demonstrated ability in managing marketing campaigns from planning and execution to evaluation.
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills, capable of working effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Project Coordination: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time.
- Analytical Ability: Skilled in analysing campaign data and making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
- Technical Expertise: Well-versed in various marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools. A basic understanding of design or content creation is beneficial.
- Personal Characteristics: Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building capabilities.
