Marketing Executive - Taylor Hawkes Ltd : Job Details

We are currently working with a leading equity fund who are looking for a Marketing Executive to join their team.

Web/Social Media

• Web/Social Media Work with Battenhall, SS&C and the Investor Relations team to oversee social media feedback and address any issues arising including Trustpilot.
• Work with SS&C to monitor webchat and manage webchat resources in real-time to optimise interactions with customers.
• Work with the PR agency and digital development team to ensure the timely upload of new materials and content to the websites as well as management of licensing of content.
• Work with the digital development team to improve website content and customer experience, such as tools and calculators and user guides.
• Liaise with Head of IT to maintain software licenses and security certificates and ensure compliance with data security, privacy and intellectual property laws.
• Ensure websites comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards. Collect and analyse web analytics and similar data to identify opportunities to improve search engine optimization (SEO), time on site, web traffic and other relevant metrics.
• Produce a monthly report on key performance metrics of websites and chat bot including engagement etc...

Experience

• Extensive knowledge of website management, analytics, design, and SEO best practices and standards.
• Bachelors degree in related field; coursework in digital media, web design, and/or computer programming highly preferred.
• Equivalent progressive professional experience may be substituted for education.

Knowledge

• Working knowledge of or ability to quickly learn Umbraco web content management systems, applications, and tools used by the organization. Highly proficient with HTML/CSS; working knowledge of XML, SQL, JavaScript, and other programming languages.
• Some proficiency with HTML/CSS and related web technologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
