Marketing Executive - Acorn by Synergie : Job Details

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a Marketing Executive on behalf of their client who is looking for an ambitious individual who has gained their skills and expertise in marketing and looking to progress this into a role that can have a fuller engagement with the business direction, delivering and inputting into those plans and using a range of skills and resources to deliver great results.

You will have support from an existing part time Marketing Coordinator and will be working directly with the senior management team and directors in building and delivering the vision through our marketing efforts.

Whilst working with the internal team and external providers that offer support in certain areas your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the shared management of social media channels including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn for our brands.
• You'll take the lead on creating and coordinating marketing campaigns/communications.
• Social media growth on all platforms.
• Leading the arrangement around marketing related events.
• Liaising with external support.
• Able to create content across all platforms using your knowledge to adapt and deliver engaging content.
• Scheduling and monitoring progress on an ongoing basis and taking corrective action if required.
• An eye for detail in delivering internal and external communications across marketing channels.
• An interest and willingness to be involved with video editing.
• You'll be responsible for creating, editing, and optimising client broadcasts.
• Management of website and updating pages and content throughout the year when needed (external support is provided for technical matters.)
• You'll monitor marketing performance regularly and report back to the company directors and wider teams on the weekly and monthly performance, tracking any trends and raising necessary concerns and solutions.
• Inputting into the development of a clear strategy, looking ahead and anticipating what is coming and having a plan.
• Developing your skills with keeping in touch with latest trends and areas for growing exposure.
• You may be required to assist in other areas of the business occasionally.
