Marketing Executive - Digital & Automation - Omnichannel
Marshall Wolfe is hiring on behalf of our client, who are looking for a driven and creative Marketing Automation Executive to join their team. In this role, you'll be pivotal in building and executing data-driven marketing campaigns across various digital channels, where you’ll also design and implement automation workflows to enhance engagement.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Create data-driven marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
- Design engaging workflows that enhance the user experience, from SMS to chatbots.
- Create content that connects with users and supports our client's brand voice.
- Track, test, and review campaign performance to continuously improve open rates, click-throughs, and conversions.
- Work closely with internal teams to align marketing efforts with company goals and identify new opportunities for automation.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in digital marketing and automation - specifically with email, SMS, WhatsApp, and chatbots.
- Extensive omnichannel marketing communication experience.
- Proficient in planning and delivering successful email/CRM marketing and automation campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with HTML email tools such as Mailchimp, SendGrid, or Twilio for automated campaigns.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance metrics and optimise campaigns for improved results.
- Excellent copywriting skills, with a focus on crafting engaging, audience-specific content.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Working knowledge of WordPress.
