Marketing & Events Executive

• Salary: £30,000-£33,000 

Currently working with a leading prep school in West London who are currently looking for a creative Marketing & Events Executive to work closely with the Head of Marketing and wider team. This role involves planning, coordinating, and implementing marketing and events activities, you will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness and enhancing the reputation and success of the organization.

Marketing Execution:

• Create and coordinate a wide variety of content in line with the school's marketing content calendar, publishing across multiple channels including the website, social media, print advertising, and email marketing.
• Manage email marketing campaigns, including building, sending, tracking, analysing, and reporting using an email marketing platform.
• Collaborate with graphic designers or agencies to ensure all content is on-brand.
• Organise and manage photography, including booking external photographers and managing image libraries.
• Attend school events to capture content and represent the school at external events as required.

Event Management:

• Oversee and manage both internal and external events, ensuring effective communication and appropriate staff supervision.
• Coordinate with various school departments such as Estates, Catering, and Health and Safety to ensure smooth execution of events.
• Conduct risk assessments in compliance with school policies.
• Manage budgets related to events and ensure all expenditures are accounted for.

Communication:

• Maintain excellent communication with parents, staff, and prospective parents regarding all events.
• Attend and contribute to staff meetings and strategy sessions with the Headteacher and Head of Marketing.
• Ensure the school website and other marketing materials are up to date with accurate event-related information.
