Marketing & Customer Service Assistant – Milton Keynes – Up to £28,000 benefits.

Based at their UK Head Office situated in Milton Keynes, this is a newly created exciting opportunity to join as their Marketing & Customer Service Assistant. You will be joining a friendly team where you can work collaboratively, work closely with the wider business, and work closely with their really supportive Marketing Manager.

You will be involved in a wide range of Marketing and Customer Service duties including supporting marketing campaigns, using MailChimp, analysing customer data and website support. There will be work around social media, scheduling posts and customer reviews. You will get involved in event management around organising hospitality for customer meetings and training, making bookings and trade shows.

The role will also involve customer service work around taking calls, giving advice on products and dealing with queries. There will also be ad hoc work covering administrative duties within the Sales Order team as well as general office duties.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a real interest in marketing, social media and customer service who is keen to learn and develop their skills and to grow with the role and business

Skills Required

  • Competent user of MS365 products
