Office based in Northampton; Mon - Thurs 8am - 4:30pm. Fri 8am - 3pm

£28,000 - £35,000 Basic Salary + Company Bonus + Benefits

Our client is on the search for a driven Marketing Executive. They have a wealth of experience in their sector.

The Client:

• They are established and trusted in their industry.
• Over 25 years of building strong customer relationships.
• Known for excellence and a prestigious client base including F1, aerospace, nuclear, and renewables companies.
• They are looking for a Marketing Executive to help grow and expand their presence.

Your Role:

• You will have the responsibility and autonomy to develop and execute the companies UK marketing activities.
• You will be hands on and will be given the flexibility to bring new ideas and a fresh approach to lead generation and brand building for the company.
• Planning and managing company and external events / trade shows.
• Managing, updating, and optimising the UK website.
• Creating copy for emails, social media, technical documents & presentations.
• Plan, create, execute, and track email campaigns.
• Create and execute social media campaigns.
• Work closely with suppliers and the UK sales team.

Ideal Background:

• Full mix marketing experience.
• Work autonomously with excellent copywriting skills.
• Current Marketing Executive or Assistant looking for the next step in their career.
• Good understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels.
• Happy to be based from the Northamptonshire office daily.
• Have right to work in the UK without restrictions as sponsorship won't be provided.

The Package:

• £28,000 to £35,000 Basic Salary
• Company Pension
• Company Bonus (Around 10% of Basic Salary)

• 23 days holiday plus stats
