A fast-growing ethical, Sharia-compliant property finance provider is hiring a Marketing & Content Manager to help expand its brand and product reach. The role suits someone creative, proactive, and adaptable, with strong modern-marketing skills across social media, content creation, design, and events.

You’ll develop and deliver social campaigns, produce engaging videos and graphics, manage nationwide events from planning to execution, and create content that boosts engagement and lead generation. The position involves close collaboration with a supportive, forward-thinking team and external agencies, with plenty of room for creativity, ownership, and experimentation.

Core Responsibilities

• Build and run an annual events strategy, including budgets.
• Create trend-led, high-impact social media content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, ideally LinkedIn).
• Manage all event logistics and measure performance/ROI.
• Produce photos, videos, reels, and highlight content from events.
• Design graphics and marketing collateral.
• Oversee branded merchandise production.
• Support broader marketing and PR initiatives.

Skills & Experience

• 3+ years in events, content creation, or brand marketing.
• Strong social media know-how and creative instinct.
• Proficiency with tools like Adobe Illustrator and Premiere Pro.
• Excellent organisation, communication, and supplier-management skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in marketing/communications/events (not essential).
• Full UK driving licence helpful for national event travel.
