Purpose of the role:
We’re looking for a results-driven Marketing Communications Manager to lead the planning,
execution, and analysis of multi-channel marketing campaigns. You’ll work cross-functionally to bring strategic
initiatives to life, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and on budget. This role is ideal for
someone who thrives on data, creativity, and collaboration, and who can translate business goals into impactful marketing activity.
In this role you can expect to:
Understanding of brand positioning, customer segmentation, and value propositions. · Familiarity with integrated marketing approaches across TV, digital, social, audio, and offline channels. · Knowledge of campaign lifecycle: briefing, creative development, launch, optimisation, and reporting. · Experience with go-to-market strategies and product launches. · Understanding of marketing funnels and conversion optimisation. · Knowledge of customer personas, market research, and competitor analysis. · Ability to tailor messaging and targeting based on audience behaviour. · Leadership & Management experience.
