Marketing & Communications Manager | PE-Backed Growth Business

We're working with a high-growth, PE-backed business looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager to lead both internal and external communications.

This is a broad and impactful role where you'll shape messaging across employee engagement, internal channels, and external brand and marketing activity. You'll be part of a central team working closely with leadership and key departments to bring consistency, clarity, and creativity to all comms.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead internal comms and employee engagement strategy

• Create compelling content across multiple channels

• Support employer brand and marketing campaigns

• Work with senior leaders on messaging and updates

• Manage relationships and internal platforms

What we're looking for:

• Strong experience across internal comms and marketing

• Excellent writing and stakeholder management skills

• Strategic mindset with hands-on delivery experience

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment

Salary £70,000 - £90,000 dependent on experience.
