Marketing Coordinator

• Annual Salary: Up to £30,000
• Location: Remote working (Bishops Stortford)
• Job Type: Full-time, 12-month maternity cover (Interim)

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator for a 12-month maternity cover to support the development, maintenance, and execution of communications and marketing campaigns that advance our business and commercial objectives. This role is integral in enhancing the experience and driving business success through strategic marketing efforts.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Coordinate and schedule marketing and communications campaigns for optimal impact, working closely with team managers.
• Own and control the marketing communications master planner, ensuring clarity, currency, accuracy, and visibility.
• Lead marketing email campaign creation and execution, continuously working to optimise the channel.
• Develop campaign automation and customer segmentation adapted to member CVPs.
• Coordinate with the Digital Executive and Content Manager to boost organic social engagement across platforms.
• Catalogue published editorial content for easy evaluation and sourcing.
• Lead production and technical support for webinars and physical events, ensuring promotion, content alignment, and brand consistency.
• Manage day-to-day marketing budget, monitor service provision, and optimise contributions to marketing objectives.
• Uphold branding guidelines and assess marketing compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Educated to degree level, ideally in a marketing-related subject or CIM qualified.
• Technically literate in Microsoft Office, with proficiency in marketing planning and execution software, platforms, and CMS.
• Proven experience in a marketing or communications environment.
• Exceptional communication and team-working skills, including upward management.
• Strong time management capability, focused on quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Budget forecasting and monitoring skills.
• Stakeholder and supplier management experience.
