Marketing & BD Executive - Disputes

We're working with a leading international law firm looking to recruit a Marketing & BD Executive to join their growing Disputes team.

This is a broad role with a mix of BD and marketing responsibilities, offering excellent exposure to strategic initiatives, campaigns, and high-level stakeholder engagement. The role sits within a supportive, well-structured team and is ideal for someone currently at Assistant or Junior Exec level looking to step up.

• Work closely with partners and senior stakeholders across several Disputes-focused practice areas

• Involved in BD planning, client targeting, market research, and campaign delivery

• Opportunity to support and guide more junior team members

• Collaborate with the wider central marketing team on firm-wide initiatives

• Hybrid working - typically 2-3 days in the office

• Legal or professional services experience

• Strong relationship-building skills and confident communication style

• Proactive, organised, and collaborative

• Comfortable juggling varied workstreams across BD and marketing
