Marketing Assistant (10 Month FTC) | Poole | £25,000 FTE

This 10-month maternity cover is ideal for someone studying marketing or with previous experience looking to gain hands-on exposure across digital campaigns, content creation, and brand engagement. You’ll work closely with a Senior Marketing Executive, contributing to real campaigns and building a portfolio that sets you apart.

As Marketing Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

• Creating and scheduling engaging content across LinkedIn and Facebook
• Writing and posting job adverts
• Supporting blog creation, newsletters, and branding materials
• Assisting with email campaigns and segmented lists
• Helping organise events and capturing promotional content

As Marketing Assistant, your experience will include:

• A passion for marketing, social media, and recruitment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar)
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Facebook, and email marketing platforms
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
