Salary £24,000 - £26,000 depending on experience  

A leading global provider of innovative HVAC/R solutions is offering an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive Marketing Assistant to join their Product and Marketing Team.

This newly created role is ideal for someone looking to start their career in marketing and gain hands-on experience in product launches and global campaign coordination.

• Process expenses, invoices, and purchase orders
• Coordinate delivery of marketing materials and campaign assets
• Support internal events and team activities
• Maintain marketing databases and internal documentation
• Assist the Category Director with trademarks and admin tasks
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth communication

• Friendly, collaborative, and dependable personality
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Bonus Skills:

• Previous experience in admin, PA, or marketing support
• Familiarity with marketing tools or databases
• Fluency in a second language
