• Support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns
• Write engaging copy for the website, email newsletters, social media, and promotional materials
• Monitor and manage social media channels, creating images, videos, and interactive content
• Compile and distribute marketing analytics reports (website, social media, and campaign performance)
• Organise and coordinate events, presentations, and promotional activities
• Assist with market research and analyse results to help shape future campaigns
• Liaise with internal teams, customers, and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice
• Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, events, and community engagement

About You

• Previous experience in a marketing or content creation role (or relevant qualification)
• Confident with social media management and basic content creation tools
• Knowledge of SEO and analytics software would be an advantage
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Creative thinker with problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
• Passionate about sustainability and environmental initiatives (desirable)
