Marketing Assistant
  • Job Type: Part-time (16 hours per week)
  • Location: Home based, office in Warwick but relocating to Birmingham 
  • Salary: £22,500 - £26,000pa (pro rata)

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join my client's team on a part-time basis, working Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8.00am to 5.00pm. This role is crucial in supporting our Client Engagement programme and requires a candidate with impeccable administrative skills and a passion for marketing.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Support the coordination of the "Chain Reaction" event programme and client interviews.
  • Manage contact data before, during, and after marketing campaigns to ensure accuracy and GDPR compliance.
  • Execute marketing mailings using bulk email software.
  • Assist with research for sector strategies and international market expansions.
  • Coordinate marketing processes for new starters, leavers, and promotions.
  • Provide event support including managing invitations, responses, and creating delegate pack materials.
  • Update website content and manage the distribution of brand merchandise.
  • Support conference planning activities, including prospect research, booking delegate places, and organising accommodations.
  • Assist Attorneys with formatting and finalising tender documents and presentations to ensure brand consistency.
  • Monitor branded stock to ensure availability across all offices.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Head of Marketing & BD and the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Demonstrable administrative experience in a marketing or related field.
  • Impeccable written English and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Experience managing time effectively and prioritising workload.
  • A proactive attitude with an eagerness to learn and progress in the field.
  • Experience with bulk email software and basic website content management is preferred.

Interview Process:
  • Online assessment issued on Friday 25 July, due by Monday 28 July at 9.00am.
  • First round interviews with HR on Friday 1 August.
  • Second round interviews with the hiring manager on Thursday 7 August.
