Marketing and Communications Assistant - 6 month ftcEast London/Hybrid£17.33 per hour - 35 hours per week

Randstad are delighted to be working with a London-based university who are looking for a Marketing and Communications Assistant to join their team, based in East London, on an initial 6 month basis.

Duties:

• Co-ordinate campaigns and communication, using student engagement and feedback to further improve content.
• Create engaging content and marketing materials using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite. Ideally you will have experience using videography and or photography for marketing and promotional activities.
• Produce content for marketing and communication to prospective students for student services including webinars, external websites, internal webpages and Open Days.
• Coordinate social media channels, grow engagement by monitoring trends and create engaging content.
• Work alongside colleagues to ensure all content and communication on the university website, Intranet and internal systems is up to date and relevant.
• Assist colleagues in delivering social events, welcome programme and other activities aimed at enhancing the student experience.

Experience:

• A background in marketing and communications, ideally within a university/student-centric environment.
• Comfortable liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven experience of creating and delivering engaging content.
