Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Formulate strategies to effectively engage target audiences by assessing market trends, consumer behaviours, and competitor activities.
  • Conduct thorough research on consumer preferences, market dynamics, and competitor strategies to inform marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and generate reports on the performance of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital and traditional platforms.
  • Analyse sales pipelines, customer behaviour patterns, and key metrics from email campaigns to assess effectiveness and inform future strategies.
  • Compile comprehensive reports detailing marketing expenditures and revenue generated from campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards for stakeholders to monitor real-time marketing activities, provide regular updates on essential metrics to marketing managers, and highlight overarching trends to executives.
  • Utilise detailed analysis techniques to create customer profiles and segmentation strategies.
  • Apply analytics to identify high-value customer segments and tailor marketing efforts to maximise revenue potential.
  • Conduct in-depth competitive analysis and benchmarking studies to uncover growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.

Expectations & Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing, or a related field, accompanied by over 4 years of experience in the marketing domain. Additional relevant short courses are considered advantageous.
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and PowerBI. Exhibit knowledge in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programs and databases.
  • Apply strong analytical thinking, adopting a strategic mindset, and maintaining a keen attention to detail. Possess the ability to interpret intricate data and convey findings in a clear and accessible manner.
  • Showcase excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with exceptional organisational abilities to effectively manage multiple projects.
  • Exhibit a solid understanding of key marketing principles and digital marketing technologies. Demonstrate the capability to work with data across various channels, with specialised expertise in a specific facet of marketing analytics.
  • Display eagerness to learn and stay abreast of the latest technological advancements, market trends, and developments in digital marketing platforms.
