Day-to-day of the role:

Marketing Strategy and Planning:
- Assist in the implementation and development of marketing strategies and plans.
- Conduct market research and analysis under the guidance of the Marketing Manager.

Brand Development and Management:
- Help maintain and develop the firm's brand identity across various marketing channels.
- Support in the creation of marketing materials that align with brand standards.

Event Management:
- Organise and manage both internal and external events.
- Manage event ROI tracking and produce monthly reports.

Campaign Management:
- Develop and implement firm-wide and department-specific marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and report on campaign results.

Content Development:
- Create content for various marketing activities using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, and AI tools such as ChatGPT.
- Contribute to the production of thought leadership content.

Digital and Social Media:
- Assist in managing the firm's digital presence and social media strategies.
- Update website content and develop social media campaigns.

Agency Management:
- Assist in managing relationships and projects with external marketing agencies.

Reporting:
- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and activities.
- Provide insights and recommendations for future campaigns.

Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team and other departments.
- Provide administrative support and participate in team meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Degree or equivalent education in any field; a degree or ongoing study in marketing or a related field is preferred.
- GCSE in English Language and Maths Grade 5 or above.
- Strong interest in a marketing career.
- Excellent communication skills and a basic understanding of marketing principles.
- Proficiency in using digital and social media tools.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
