This team plays a critical role in ensuring seamless access to real-time market data and supporting the infrastructure that powers trading across global markets.

• Project Ownership & Coordination: Manage a range of initiatives from short-term trading desk requests to long-term exchange-driven upgrades. Coordinate across internal teams (engineering, infrastructure, trading) and external partners (exchanges, vendors), ensuring timely updates and smooth execution.

• Operational Liaison: Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical teams, facilitating clear communication and leading the resolution of operational issues with accountability.

• Exchange & Vendor Management: Track upcoming exchange changes, assess their impact, and align internal teams accordingly. Maintain strong relationships with data vendors and exchanges.

• Documentation & Process Improvement: Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation on data coverage and configurations. Contribute to internal tooling and automation to enhance data monitoring and operational workflows.

• Strong initiative and ability to drive tasks to completion independently.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear and confident communicator, comfortable working with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with market data, exchange feeds, and trading concepts.
• Basic scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash) to support diagnostics and reduce manual work are a strong plus.
