MARKETING ADMINISTRATOR

BRAND NEW PERMANENT JOB OPPORTUNITY AVAILABLE WITHIN A GLOBAL COMPANY FOR A MARKETING ADMINISTRATOR

• Permanent job opportunity for a Marketing administrator working with a major consultancy.
• Salary up to £28,000 DOE + extensive benefits package
• Due to the nature of the work you will need to be eligible to go through SC-level clearance
• Hybrid role - Warrington - based organisation.

WHAT WILL THE MARKETING ADMINISTRATOR ENGINEER BE DOING?

• Event management duties.
• Diary and calendar management, including scheduling meetings and ensuring coordination of marketing and communications projects.
• Interfacing with colleagues, customers, and partners to provide status reports and information as required.
• Liaising with external suppliers, for example, graphics support, printing, and hospitality.
• Maintaining and publishing information on the company communication systems (SharePoint).
• Folder and document management.
• Invoicing and financial administration for marketing communications.
• Working on digital channels and social media campaigns.

WE NEED THE MARKETING ADMINISTRATOR TO HAVE….

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of job-related experience or equivalent.
• Excellent administration, organisation, and communication skills essential.
• Requires knowledge of Office 365 suite of applications
• Knowledge of SharePoint and Adobe design software is desirable, but not essential as training will be provided.
• Position may require the ability to pass and maintain a Security Clearance.
• Based in Birchwood, Warrington. Travel may be required on occasion.
