Permanent, full time – Gisborne, Tairawhiti, New Zealand

Roster: 7 days on, 7 days off

You’ll:

  • Conduct pilotage operations within port limits.
  • Advise on all aspects of marine operations.
  • Support the management of marine operations.
  • Contribute to a team that is focused on continuous improvement.
  • Represent Eastland Port at forums like NZMPA, MLAANZ, and the Nautical Institute.

About you

  • Master Mariner qualifications.
  • Proven pilotage experience.
  • Cool head, sharp judgement, and the confidence to back yourself.
  • Willing to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Able to gain a pilot’s licence under Maritime NZ rules.
