Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK OfficeReports to: Operations Manager

As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our marine team, carrying out major overhauls on medium and high-speed engines. This position is based in Newcastle Upon Tyne, but you will travel throughout the UK and worldwide, often at short notice and during anti-social hours when vessels are in port.

• Conduct major overhauls on medium and high-speed engines, either as part of a team or solo.
• Perform assigned tasks within agreed timescales.
• Diagnose faults and identify effective solutions.
• Maintain daily contact with customers on-site, providing progress updates and managing work scope variations.

• Expertise in medium and high-speed engines and ancillary equipment.
• Strong management skills, including motivation, training, and development.
• Proven ability to lead major engine overhauls.
• Experience in the marine and offshore industry.
• Comprehensive knowledge of QHSE standards.
