- Develop and optimise manufacturing processes to support the production of aerospace components.
- Work closely with design, quality, and operations teams to ensure manufacturability and process efficiency.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost, quality, and delivery.
- Support the introduction of new products and technologies into production.
- Investigate and resolve manufacturing issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure all work complies with aerospace quality standards and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Degree or HNC/HND in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Aerospace Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in a manufacturing engineering role, ideally within aerospace or a similar high-precision industry.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes such as machining, assembly, and tooling.
- Familiarity with quality systems such as AS9100.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
