Mandarin speaking Assistant Finance Manager - Language Matters : Job Details

Our client is an internationally recognised food company specialising in a wide range of East Asian Sauces. They are currently looking for a fluent Mandarin or Cantonese speaker to join their team in the London office based in Canary Wharf. In this role you will be working as the Assistant Finance Manager where you would be reporting to the Associate Finance Director and will be responsible for supporting the overall finance and accounting operation of the company. This role offers a competitive salary package plus benefits, and is a hybrid role with 2 days in the office per week.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising the Finance and Accounting team
• Supervising the Accounts Payable functions
• Supporting finance projects
• Lead on budgeting and financial reports

About you:

In the future, this role will be taking on accounts payable duties, where it makes up 50% of your daily tasks. It is highly desirable that you speak Mandarin and Cantonese. This position does not provide sponsorship, so candidates would need to be eligible to work in the UK. Profile:

• Fluent English and Mandarin or Cantonese
• Be at least a part qualified accountant with a University degree in accounting or something similar
• Previous experience in a management position
• Experienced using Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
