• An experienced FMCG business leader, who has enjoyed full profit and loss responsibility, ideally encompassing manufacturing/operations as well as commercial
• Able to demonstrate "hands on" experience of driving profitable growth, whilst delivering industry leading levels of quality and customer service
• An excellent communicator and leader, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels
• Personal credibility, integrity, vision and drive
