  • Lead internal audit, regulatory reporting, and compliance reviews in partnership with legal counsel and consultants.

Commercial Development:

  • Deep understanding of EMI infrastructure, banking partnerships, payment flows, and white-label financial services.

  • Familiarity with transactional compliance, including KYC/AML, sanctions screening, and fraud mitigation.

  • Previous approval by a regulator (FCA, FINTRAC, or equivalent) is strongly preferred.

Desirable:

  • Experience working in high-risk sectors such as iGaming, Crypto, and international remittance.

  • Understanding of correspondent banking and FX liquidity relationships.

  • Strong personal network in the EMI/FinTech banking ecosystem.

Skills & Attributes:
  • Highly entrepreneurial with a founder mindset.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Commercial acumen with a strong grasp of margin management, product design, and strategic partnerships.

  • Ability to operate independently and drive results in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
