Job Description :

Are you an experienced production professional with a passion for leadership and process improvement? We’re looking for a proactive and organised Supervisor to join a dynamic team and oversee the end-to-end manufacturing process—from order processing through to packing and dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and schedule production timetables, factoring in holidays and staff absences to maximise output.
  • Maintain and update production documentation, including the Order Status register, to ensure delivery targets are met.
  • Supervise daily production activities, ensuring efficient workflow and progress tracking.
  • Collaborate with Procurement to ensure timely availability of components.
  • Liaise with Development and Drawing Office teams to minimise disruption and ensure accurate documentation (e.g. product structures, test schedules, drawings).
  • Oversee shipping and transport logistics, ensuring all paperwork (invoices, delivery notes) is completed accurately.
  • Report monthly progress and flag potential issues to the Senior Management Team.
  • Support cross-departmental collaboration to resolve production challenges.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training of production staff to meet capacity goals.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience supervising a team
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) with strong literacy and numeracy.
  • A team player with a professional appearance and a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe and tidy work environment.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality standards and Health & Safety regulations.
Whats in it for you?
  • Be part of a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Play a key role in shaping production efficiency and quality.
  • Opportunities for professional development and career progression.

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday with an excellent benefits package.
