Management Consultant - Finance Transformation FP&A - eFinancialCareers : Job Details

An exciting opportunity for a commercially minded Management Consultant to shape and deliver complex FP&A transformation programmes for leading financial services organisations. Working across banking, insurance, and asset management, you’ll partner with senior finance stakeholders to redesign operating models, streamline planning and forecasting processes, and embed technology solutions such as Anaplan, Oracle EPM, and SAP BPC.

This role combines strategic advisory with hands-on delivery – from current-state diagnostics to future-state design, technology enablement, and implementation. You’ll help clients enhance cost transparency, improve performance insights, and evolve finance business partnering capabilities.

Ideal for someone with prior consulting experience in finance transformation or FP&A, and a solid understanding of the financial services landscape. Exposure to EPM tools, data visualisation (e.g. Power BI), and automation technologies is a plus. A collaborative, outcomes-driven mindset is key, alongside the ability to influence at senior levels and lead small teams.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years experience and could be up to 10+ years.
