Management Accountant (Xero) - Mapped Recruitment Ltd : Job Details

Mapped Recruitment is delighted to be working with a growing SME online publishing and creative agency (TO circa £10m) on their hire for a Management Accountant (Xero) to join their team permanently.

This role reports directly to the Head of finance working in a team of two.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full responsibility for accounts payable and receivable management
• Weekly payment runs
• Bank and income reconciliations
• Expense management
• Overseeing payroll data
• VAT returns
• Maintenance of fixed asset register
• Assisting with month-end duties - e.g. journal posting
• Provide Ad Hoc finance reports to wider teams

Key Requirements:

• 5 + years of finance experience (1-2 years in a similar role)
• Xero experience will be highly advantageous
• This role is open to those qualified by experience or studying (AAT/part-qualified CIMA or ACCA)
• Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP's)
• Experience in a fast-paced SME environment will be advantageous

Please note this role is based in the South West London area and requires a successful candidate to commit to 4 days a week office working Monday - Thursday and 1 day a week at home.
