Our ClientAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Management Accountant to work with our well-established client, a fast-paced and growing business.The RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for preparing monthly management accounts, analysing financial performance, and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes for manager or partner review.Main Duties

• Prepare and present monthly management accounts with variance analysis
• Support budgeting and forecasting cycles across departments
• Develop and maintain financial models to support planning and decision-making
• Analyse cost centres and provide insights to improve profitability
• Collaborate with operational teams to drive financial performance
• Assist with KPI reporting and dashboard development
• Contribute to year-end processes and audit preparation

The Successful Candidate

• Proven experience in management accounting within a commercial environment
• Qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA with strong post-qualified experience
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

What’s on offer?

• £60,000-£65,000 salary
