• Prepare monthly management accounts, budgets, and weekly cash flow forecasts
• Post monthly journals including accruals, prepayments, and other adjustments
• Partner with operational teams to improve financial processes and controls
• Support group reporting and consolidation processes
• Assist with year-end audit and statutory reporting
• Provide financial insight to support commercial decisions
• Develop and maintain financial systems and procedures
• Monitor income and expenditure, ensuring alignment with budgets
• Present financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders

The Person

• Fully qualified ACA accountant 
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, etc.)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to explain complex financial information clearly
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving
