I am recruiting a pivotal Management Accountant role for a business in Market Harborough. This is an exciting position for a part qualified / finalist level Accountant who has a background in the Dental or Healthcare industry.

Description

The Management Accountant will:

• Prepare accurate monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary.
• Produce regular financial reports and KPI dashboards for senior management and practice leaders.
• Partner with Stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
• Monitor revenue streams and analyse profitability
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial planning.
• Manage cashflow reporting, ensuring sufficient working capital and identifying funding requirements.
• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and healthcare-specific requirements.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and other stakeholders as required.
• Contribute to process improvements, automation, and system enhancements.

Profile

A successful Management Accountant should:

• Be studying for a professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA).
• Proven experience working in the Dental or Healthcare industry.
• Be able to commute 5 days a week into an office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations.
