Our ClientOur client is a rapidly expanding distribution business, known for its strong market presence within their industry. Due to the growth of the finance team, they are now looking for a newly qualified Management Accountant to join their dynamic team in Watford.The RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious newly qualified accountant to make an impact and grow within a fast-paced business.

• Prepare accurate management accounts and deliver insightful reporting
• Play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Partner with operational teams to drive commercial performance
• Support senior management with analysis to inform decision-making

Main DutiesYou’ll be a valued member of a collaborative finance team, gaining hands-on experience across a variety of responsibilities.

• Ownership of month-end reporting and variance analysis
• Provide meaningful insight on business performance and cost drivers
• Support process improvement and systems development projects
• Work closely with non-finance colleagues to influence outcomes

The Successful Candidate

• Newly qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA (or equivalent)
• Strong commercial awareness with excellent analytical skills
• Confident communicator who can build relationships across the business
• Proactive, ambitious, and keen to progress in a growing company

What’s on offer?

• Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 plus discretionary annual bonus
• Office-based role, 5 days a week in Watford with free on-site parking
