About YouThe successful candidate will be a proactive and commercially minded finance professional with a proven track record of adding value in a fast-paced environment.Key requirements:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
• Strong management accounting and financial analysis experience
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
• Commercial awareness and curiosity to understand the business from the ground up
• Prior experience in pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or biotech would be advantageous but not essential
