We're on the lookout for a Management Accountant who's just as comfortable digging into the detail as they are stepping back to see the bigger picture. This isn't a "sit quietly with spreadsheets" kind of role - their world is fast-paced, sometimes a little chaotic, but always rewarding. If you thrive under pressure, don't mind rolling your sleeves up, and actually enjoy making sense of the numbers in a demanding logistics environment, then you'll fit right in.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Owning the month-end process - from management accounts to variance analysis.

• Partnering with operations and commercial teams to turn financial data into actionable insights.

• Forecasting and budgeting - helping them keep the wheels turning smoothly.

• Identifying cost efficiencies and opportunities to improve margins

• Getting involved in projects that go beyond "just finance" - there a team, and everyone pitches in.

What We're Looking For:

• A qualified or part-qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) - or equivalent experience.

• Solid management accounting background, ideally with exposure to logistics, transport, or supply chain.

• Someone who stays calm when things get hectic

• Strong Excel and systems skills - because data is only as good as the person handling it.

• A proactive problem-solver who doesn't wait to be told what to do.
