An excellent opportunity has arisen for a skilled professional to join a dynamic team delivering high-quality management accounting services across a broad client base, including both hospitality and non-hospitality sectors. Key ResponsibilitiesThis is a varied role with scope for growth. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Timely preparation of management accounts and related reports in line with agreed deadlines
- Conducting balance sheet reconciliations and resolving discrepancies, managing client expectations throughout
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members to achieve departmental objectives
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients and internal teams
- Providing guidance on technical accounting issues to ensure clarity and accuracy
- Creating and updating detailed process documentation for each client and ensuring team compliance
- Staying informed on developments in management accounting to maintain high service standards
- Collaborating closely with senior accounting staff to stay aligned on client needs and challenges
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and driving efficiency
- Maintaining consistently high work standards and attention to detail
- Supporting other areas of the business as required, including technical and administrative tasks
- Completing ad hoc duties as requested by senior management
