Management Accountant - Axon Moore Group Ltd : Job Details

The CompanyAxon Moore is partnering with a fast growing, property business in Manchester. Due to continued growth they require a commercially astute individual with strong experience in a similar, busy environment. Working within a small team, the role will support the Finance Director and Financial Controller across a wide range of activities.Salary – £40,000 - £50,000Location – Manchester centralHybrid – 4 days in 1 working from home.Responsibilities will include:

• Production of Management Accounts and KPIs, including all relevant prepayments, accruals, and journals.
• Supporting in the preparation of budgets and annual reconciliations.
• Budgeting and Cashflow Forecasting.
• Assistance in Preparation of Statutory Accounts (in conjunction with External Accountants)
• Preparation of cash forecasts.
• Supporting the Development team in preparation of project cashflows, monitoring project spend and preparation of internal project reports

Person Specification:

• Advanced Excel skills.
• ACCA/CIMA PQ/Finalist.
• Strong communicator at all levels.
• You’ve had some experience of preparing management accounts, budgeting & cashflow forecasting.
