Management Accountant - Robert Half : Job Details

Robert Half is proud to be working exclusively with a long-standing client based in Bristol looking for an experienced Management Accountant to join them for a 6-month interim assignment.

• Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience and suitability)
• Duration: Initial 6-month assignment
• Working pattern: Bristol. Hybrid - 2 days on-site in Bristol, 3 days remote
• Start Date: ASAP

As a Management Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting month-end close processes, international integrations, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end record-to-report processes and month-end reporting
• Collaborate closely with local finance teams, Group Finance, and outsourced partners to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Ensure all reporting is fully compliant
• Drive improvements and automation across reporting processes
• Support internal and external audits, ensuring full compliance with audit and tax requirements
• Provide insights and oversight on balance sheet management and reporting
• Produce management accounts for allocated ledgers

We're seeking experienced Management Accountants with the following background:

• Ideally studying or qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a month-end accounting or reporting role
• Strong ERP systems experience (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• A proactive and collaborative approach with strong attention to detail
• Proficient with Excel
