Management Accountant - Robert Half : Job Details

Management Accountant - £200 per day - Reading - office based - ongoing temporary role

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and variance analysis
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Perform detailed cost analysis and provide commentary to support business decisions
• Monitor and analyse financial performance across departments
• Reconcile key balance sheet accounts and maintain general ledger accuracy
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver financial insights and reporting
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Continuously improve reporting processes and financial controls
• Ad hoc financial analysis and project work as required

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar Management Accountant role
• Strong analytical skills and commercial awareness
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, etc.)
