The key responsibilities of a Management Accountant will include:

• Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts for internal stakeholders.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making.
• Oversee financial reporting, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Provide cost analysis and variance reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with operations teams to streamline financial processes and controls.
• Support the preparation of year-end accounts and liaise with external auditors.
• Monitor cash flow and assist in financial planning activities.
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects and analysis as required by senior management.

Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:

• Working towards qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA).
• Strong experience in management accounting.
• Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
