Description

• Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Balance sheet reconciliation and P+L analysis
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes to aid strategic decision-making.
• Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights and commentary to senior management.
• Reconcile key accounts and address any discrepancies efficiently.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and reporting.
• Assist in year-end audits and liaise with external auditors as required.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve financial systems and processes.

Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:

• Working towards qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA).
• Strong experience in management accounting.
• Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• The ability to interpret complex financial data and present it clearly.
• A proactive approach to identifying and solving financial challenges.
