Management AccountantLocation: RossendaleSalary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum

Our client, a well-established manufacturing business founded in 1941 and based in Rossendale, is renowned for its strong reputation and commitment to excellence. They are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join their dynamic finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present accurate monthly management accounts
• Produce financial reports and perform detailed variance analysis
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data
• Oversee stock control and perform regular reconciliations
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
• Identify and implement improvements in financial systems and reporting processes
• Maintain the fixed asset register
• Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Conduct product costing and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM)
• Utilise Power BI for data analysis and reporting
• Participate in finance-related projects and process improvement initiatives
