Management Accountant - Accountancy Action : Job Details

A dynamic and expanding organisation is on the lookout for a part-qualified (Finalist) finance professional ready to take the next step in their career.

This is a hands-on, commercially aware role where you’ll work closely with leadership to build and refine financial operations in a highly active, regulated environment. Ideal for someone eager to move beyond routine tasks and be part of something scaling quickly - and ethically.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of periodic financial reporting• Collaborating on regulatory submissions and external audits• Involvement in people operations and process development• Supporting daily finance operations and data-driven insights• Working within a cloud-based accounting stack

About You

• Working toward a recognised accounting qualification (e.g. CIMA, ACCA, ACA) • 2+ years of experience in a financial reporting or management accounting capacity• Tech-savvy, with exposure to modern finance platforms• Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and communication skills• Bonus if you’ve worked within regulated or asset-backed sectors (Fin-tech, Start up)
