Are you a part-qualified accountant looking to take the next step in your career? We’re recruiting a Management Accountant for a growing business based in Luton. This is a progressive role offering the opportunity to work closely with the Finance Director and play a key part in managing and developing the finance team.Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts with supporting analysis
• Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Overseeing daily operations within the finance function
• Supporting the Finance Director with strategic financial planning
• Helping to lead, mentor, and develop junior finance staff
• Ensuring compliance with internal controls and reporting standards
• Business partnering with key stakeholders across departments

About You:

• Part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA/AAT or equivalent) with a view to qualifying
• Experience in a similar management accounting role
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical ability
• Proactive and keen to grow within a dynamic finance environment
